2. USE OF THE WEBSITE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the site, you agree to do so lawfully and solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Violations may subject you to civil or criminal liability.

You must not attempt unauthorized access to our servers or other sections of the website, including via administrator passwords or impersonating an administrator. In case where the process already started, Zadi Style is not liable for any refunds on service fees paid by the Client. The corporation disclaims liability for any advice, recommendations, style suggestions, or other information provided. The Client acknowledges that the information on this website is general and not intended as technical, financial, or legal advice.

We strive to ensure the website’s accuracy, reliability, and security, but we do not guarantee it will be error-free or free of malware. We may suspend or terminate the website at any time without notice.

Zadi Style is not liable for any direct, indirect, special, or punitive damages related to your use of the website, including any damages due to viruses, service disruptions, or reliance on website content. The content provided is informational and should not be used as definitive advice.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue. If we cannot address your concerns immediately, we will acknowledge your complaint within 14 days and aim to respond within 30 working days. In exceptional circumstances such as but not limited to(e.g., natural disaster, government action), response times may be extended to six weeks.

If resolution cannot be reached, we may suggest alternative dispute resolution. In the event of legal proceedings, the French court has exclusive jurisdiction, and French law will apply to these Terms.

8. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

Upon cancellation, we will remove your details from our database. If you wish to reschedule a service, an admin fee of €50 will apply if requested 7 days in advance the due date. Rescheduling within 7 days requires an additional €100 fee. Any further rescheduling will come with a standard rescheduling fee of 150€ and a 50€ admin fee.

Once payment is made, cancellation with a 50% refund is allowed if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled service. After this deadline, no refunds are provided.

9. SERVICES AND BOOKING PROCEDURES

The corporation provides a range of service options, each accompanied by a different level of reporting. Once the client selects a service, they will receive an email within 24 hours listing available dates to choose from. We recommend scheduling a service within one month of contacting us. Once a date or multiple dates are agreed upon (depending on the option chosen), the client will receive a style inquiry form to complete and return, along with a notification that the agreed date has been temporarily reserved.

The client will then have three business days to make full payment. After this period, the corporation reserves the right to release the temporarily reserved dates. However, we understand that certain banks may require additional time to process payments, particularly for international transactions. For transparency, the client is welcome to provide proof of payment by email. Once payment is processed, the client will receive a notification confirming that the dates are fully booked. All payments will be made via online services or wire transfer. Please note that you are responsible for all transfer fees. Zadi Style offers several service options with varying report levels. Upon service selection, you will receive an email with available dates within 24 hours. We recommend using our services within a month. After date selection, we will hold the reservation temporarily, and payment must be completed within 3 business days. Delayed payments may release reserved dates unless proof of payment is provided.

10. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client must make any necessary payments before the first video conference. Zadi Style is not responsible for payment processes authorized by the client, including credit/debit card transactions.

11. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION

Both the client and Zadi Style must keep all information about each other confidential unless disclosure is required by law. Clients may view personal records held by Zadi Style upon request, subject to an administrative fee if applicable.
